We opened our first restaurant where it all started- just a walk-up window- Enumclaw, WA

We purchased our 1st traditional "Food Truck" which we had equipped with a 100% wood with a 100%

Maple Valley, WA restaurant- this one "just a bit bigger" - double the size of our first restaurant.

Bellevue, WA our 3rd restaurant opened in a neighborhood brewery!

We opened our first permanent food truck location in North Bend, WA! We have plans to open a permanent brick & mortar location here in the near future.

CELEBRATION! Our first franchisee joined Cascadia Pizza Co. to operate in Northern Idaho!

Our first franchise location opened in Coeur d’Alene, ID — officially kicking off Cascadia Pizza Co.’s franchise expansion!

We kept growing in North Idaho with the opening of our Rathdrum restaurant — our second franchise location.

Cascadia crossed another state line! Salem became our first Oregon location and another community we’re proud to call home.

Hello, Arizona! Tempe became our first Southwest location, bringing Cascadia’s wood-fired pizza to the Valley.
