As part of your pre-opening support, we provide on-boarding and training to help you prepare for your opening! Check out all the ways we’re here to help!
join us for 4 weeks
in our pre-opening training program. Between Virtual, online and in person training segments, we will cover the recipes that make our pizza amazing and how to make enough to keep up with demand! You can also bring a key manager with you to learn alongside you at no additional cost.
We Cover: Daily operations for the front and back of house; technology platforms to manage inventory, online and in-house orders; plus, we will review advertising and local marketing tactics to keep those orders coming in!
Finally, we review all aspects of keeping the team on task and having fun! It is one of our Core Values and we want to stress the importance of enjoying what you do every day.
Before opening, we’ll provide onsite support in your Cascadia Pizza Co. restaurant – this will help you get ready to open and test everything out. You have our ongoing guidance to develop, grow and expand to reach your entire community.
