Christian “Buck” Buck is the founder and Chief Operating Officer of Cascadia Pizza Co. What started as a mobile pizza trailer in 2015 grew from Buck’s love of great food, hospitality, and bringing people together. Today, he helps lead Cascadia’s operations, culinary direction, and continued growth while keeping the brand rooted in the hands-on, community-first mentality it was built on.

Thomas Reinhard serves as Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel as an owner of Cascadia Pizza Co., bringing both financial and legal expertise to the leadership team. He helps guide the strategy behind Cascadia’s growth, supporting everything from financial planning and franchise development to the long-term structure of the company. His focus is helping Cascadia grow thoughtfully, sustainably, and with a strong foundation for the future.

As CEO of Cascadia Pizza Co., Calvin Freatman leads the company’s growth and long-term vision. From expanding into new markets to developing Cascadia’s franchise system, Calvin focuses on building a company that can grow without losing what made it special in the first place. His leadership centers around strong teams, great operators, and the belief that keeping it small is how you win it all.
